All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders particularly during store sale periods or peak season trading (Dec-Jan), these handling times can be increased and shipment periods may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during these times.





We currently do not offer click and collect in-store.

Miss Indy offers FREE shipping on all orders over $150.00 Australia wide.

You will receive Shipment Notifications from Australia Post via email and/or text message once your order has been received, processed and shipped. The email/text will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Australia Post is used for all orders shipped by Miss Indy.


Miss Indy cannot accept responsibility for parcels once the item(s) are in the possession of Australia Post.

Miss Indy cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed deliveries due to Australia Post or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur out of Miss Indy’s reasonable control. (i.e., ongoing developments of COVID19)

Miss Indy is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipment with Australia Post. Miss Indy is always happy to assist with any questions but please be sure to direct all inquiries to Australia Post. In the case of lost or damaged goods, the customer can only be reimbursed if Miss Indy is given Credit Approval by Australia Post. We highly recommend that all customers retain a copy of their tracking number when returning item(s) back to Miss Indy. If we do not receive a customer return or we receive a customer return damaged, we are not required to compensate the customer.




Given the current climate with extended lockdowns across most populous states means a surge in online shopping. Australia Post is currently experiencing exceptionally high volumes of parcel deliveries as well as temporary facility closures due to COVID19. Miss Indy cannot take any responsibility or offer any refunds in the case of delivery delays or any unforeseen circumstances involving COVID19 and Freight. Please take this information into consideration upon placing your order.
